Automatic Dialyzer Reprocessor
The Automatic Reprocessing of Dialyzer Filters has the purpose of reprocessing the filters used by chronic patients in hemodialysis therapy.

The complete reprocessing cycle occurs in less than 10 minutes, divided into 4 steps:
Clears Dialyzer
Using water jets (consuming approximately 4L of water per reprocessing), reverse ultrafiltration with peracetic acid and its unique vibration system.
Measure Priming
It automatically measures the total internal volume of the fibers (from 20 to 170ml) with a margin of error of + - 2ml. Dialyzer with drop greater than 20% of priming will have its reprocessing cycle interrupted and will be directed to be discarded.
Tests the integrity of the fibers
Performs pressure leakage test of dialyzer fibers. Pressure drop exceeds the established limit, its reprocessing cycle will be interrupted and will be discarded.
Fill the dialyser with peracetic acid
Ensures complete filling of internal and external dialyzer chamber.
